That practically means that when Shiva will make her way towards the mines sooner or later, there's a good chance that she'll run into that presence...! She's excited about that, but 'powerful' does not automatically mean 'harmless', she has no idea WHAT is radiating this presence. Her inner voice asks her to be careful, which she agrees to.

I've been too excited, I don't wish to possibly loose you after we're finally united again." She nuzzles her fluff to emphasize that it's really okay for her to be scared.
