Looking for a Praseopunk

Hello guys, i need a praceopunk to complete the pokedex, i already have a neopunk from GTS and was trying to activate te event of the twins, but i read that if you get one from wonder trade or GTS you cant activate the event, so i want to know if someone can trade a praceo for my neopunk, it is already in the GTS
