One piece of MSC will act like a Magnet for Dedenne.
Having lots of MSC boosts the Plot Device power of Dedenne, making your Pokedex glitch out even more.
When Grid sets up the Electroweb experiment, you discover something pretty neat. Dedenne can send pulses between two connected bits of MSC, just like a telegraph! She can also use her power across an entire battlefield's distance in this way.
Her range is boosted if her target is carrying a raw unshielded piece of MSC. Most MSC technologies have some kind of shielding in them.
This won't take an Encounter, nor will merely talking to Angela.
