Phantom....well, I hate to say this, but I'm going to get Shiranui tutored in Bullet Punch by Sid, since that take no time at all for the both of us and I REALLY want a Steel type move on him ASAP. You can still teach Anubi it, though, and Genie still needs to learn Tailwind, so there's plenty of Tutoring opportunities between us left, so fear not my dear!

I would probably do the same, as it saves us time and Encounter Slots and costs nothing, and as you say there are enough opportunities where Shiva and Terra can come together for the sake of movetutoring.
