Sid gives Blastoise private coaching, but teaches Aqua Jet to the rest of your mons all at once by having them attack him all at the same time. They use whatever moves they wish, and he cloaks himself in Aqua and jets around dodging their attacks.



I think I can picture Castform using Frost Breath and Ember. She's pushing it, though, since she doesn't have much of a jaw.

I'm going to say Dratini doesn't have the necessary mouth until becoming Dragonite. She's a pretty similar Pokemon to Milotic, who I said didn't have a proper mouth. And you never see Dratini with open mouth, ever.

Snivy definitely has a proper mouth and thus can learn any of Bel's moves.

Alright then.  I might be back for Frost Breath and Dragon Breath on Forthright and Snivy later!  And just for the heck of it, let's teach Snivy Ember while we're at it since he can learn the move.  If he can breathe fire, then he's definitely more like a proper Dragon!  Probably gonna be a little weird for him at first, though, given he's a Grass type.




Nathan chuckles in response to Sid's cryptic answer.  "Oh really?  How long ago we talking about?  Last I heard, almost nobody in modern times remembers what the name of the East Wind even is.  Though after seeing that little performance of yours with Aqua Jet...hmmm...well, let me take a guess: Sid's just a short version of your full name, isn't it?"

Nathan did say 'almost', after all.

"Oh, yes. I'm older than I look, depending on who you ask. Just a nickname. Or a shortening of my full name, yes. After all, I'm always in a tremendous hurry, just like the wind from any direction!"
