Enough for the food of one Pokemon or for the maximum three that can have a Training Session together at the same time? Me feels dividing a small shard between three Pokemon is a little too much, I'd rather give it to a single Pokemon to see some possible effect sooner than later.

1 Shard = 1 training session on 1 Pokemon. Doesn't take an Encounter, either.
