I need Helios to bring me back from Cress City to Elanor where my second Encounter will take place, but I'm okay with loaning him to you after that. If you like, we could assume that Shiva meets Terra somewhere in town by accident/or sees her just returning from Howl's Apprentice with the Alakazam by her side, words are shared, Helios is burrowed to Terra. Easy! It doesn't need to be outplayed in detail either.
