(Just so I can correctly put the info in my page, the Steel Balls are a type of Pokeball, right? What are their seal strength/other notes?)

Steel Balls are a rare type of pokeball that you can typically only get from Dagny (aka The Steel Wonder).  She gives challengers who defeat her in a Gym Battle 3 of them.

Steel Balls are incredibly durable.  If they fail to capture a pokemon, they typically will not break and can be reused (unless the pokemon is incredibly powerful/strong willed, like a Gyarados or Onix).  To offset this, they only have a base Seal Strength of 2.

If used to capture a Steel type, they have a Seal Strength of 4.
