What do you mean by "the best hour"? In case you didn't know, here is how Wonder Trade (WT) will work: "Pokemons in WT are stored in an enormous "pool". When someone uses WT, a random pokemon from that "pool" will be given to them in return for their pokemon being thrown to that pool. This way, no direct exchanges between 2 trainers is executed".
Thanks to this mechanism, you can get a pokemon sent to WT weeks ago or get back your own pokemon. Hope this helps.
