Yeap, that should be the case! 

Edmundi the Bastiodon also knows Swagger, and Lilith knows Flatter, which works like a slightly weaker version of it . That's all the Pokemon I know that have applied buff Moves of that category, if we are not counting Helping Hand or Accupressure (Not sure if anyone's Pokemon learn that Move, though).

Except Flatter decreases Strength in Pokerole for some reason.  :/

Acupressure's a really rare move.  The only pokemon in the group that knows Acupressure atm is Yogi.  Nathan's Doduo could also learn it.  (However, Pokerole rules state that the user can only use it on themselves for some reason, even though it can be used on either the user or an ally in the games)
