I also have a theory based in what Dragonstrike mentioned: Dusk Mane was able to become Ultra after absorbing the Light with Morning Sun right? Gaspar do not fully control its power, but what if I use Wish once more. Since its some sort of Light Move made of the light of desire of people and Pokemon, it could be exploited to Gaspar absorb its light within himself and, in theory, make himself able to enter in Ultra Gaspar, maybe? Since Wish its like a more manifestation of Light Healing. Not to mentioned this move is maybe have its power increased by this Weather Light.

Nope! Gaspar is permanently out of commission for the rest of the Encounter! Wish has enhancements under D i v i n e  L i g h t, but given its Plot Device nature.....
