I might allow Raffiti to Sketch an activity/task if you wanted. It'd have to be something specific, like building a birdhouse or something. Not sure if you want to spend the move on something noncombat.

Shiva totally would. (≧◡≦) It'd be a useful activity or task though, for example 'check on all the Pokemon Eggs and mark those close to hatching' or 'do the dishes'.

I also like the thought of her letting the rat artist paint her craftings, or freely draw on canvas with Shiva framing the finished artworks to either use them for decoration or to sell to fans and collectors.

EDIT: How many XP was that Encounter worth actually, and is 4 Base HP correct for Raffiti?

Those examples would work.

The rat could do painting without spending a Sketch.
