Sure, you can learn Fission Burst and use it in conjunction with Double Team Delta (+ Nasty Plot, if you want to go for the OVERoverkill), if you want to have a literal tactical nuke and Hiroshima a problem out of existence! It'll also pretty much be a Plot Device of Mass Destruction like Genesis Supernova and Light That Burns The Sky that will cause as much havoc (if not MORE) than what Mew did to the NRF AND create a semi-permanent hot spot that'll kill/Corrupt all life AND auto Corrupt ALL Pokemon (Even ones in Pokeballs) AND attract the attention of the authorities and any Legends in the area BIG TIME if used that way EVER. Even using Fission Burst without DTD will cause more than a few heads to turn, and there's the matter of RETRIEVING Sektmet after she Faints, which will be in the midst of a HELLISHLY RADIOACTIVE AND GLASSED AREA that will likely also be surrounded by the local authorities ASAP.

In short: Double Team Delta Fission Burst is a nasty last resort that can be VERY EFFECTIVE,  but one that will earn you HELL if you don't CAREFULLY consider its usage, and will most certainly kill you and everyone around you dead and/or do worse if you balls it up even SLIGHTLY.  Use wisely, if you elect to get that move for the nuclear abomination....

Last I checked, Sekmet can't learn those Moves naturally, so they would cost 10 XP + The Highest Level they can possibly be Learnt for her. For Overheat, that would be Victini (Yes, I'm counting Mythics in this assessment) learning it at Lv 97, so the Move would cost 107 XP for her, and for Flamethrower Magcargo learns it at Lv 54, so it would cost her 64 XP.

Spread only targets a certain number foes(Typically 5), while AoE targets EVERYONE (Including Allies), with no upper limit on the number of targets, so long as they are within Range of the Move.

Aaaalright. So Fissure Burst is out of question. Dont want to destroy a whole area to eliminate foes. It is dangerous and only useful in inospite areas. Not gonna take that one.

I take then the Flamethower move. Its very powerfull and useful in certain situations. Not to mentioned a really neat Fire move! Its less powerfull than Fire Blast or Overheat, but at least has more accuracy and no dowsides upon use.
