Call Nellygator and ask Carracosta.
Inform Reiner and Mew about everything.
Inform Riza about the enslave of Necrozma

Quite frankly, I'm not sure how well Arial contacting Team Rocket again would go after the NRF went kaboom, particularly since Reiner is trying to use it to cover up his upcoming disappearing act.  Reiner might have to talk with Arial about that...

But given this is the last day of the campaign (assuming I'm remembering that correctly), anything like that might be expedited.
