For starters, trying to see if any of the ones looking at Nathan have any kind of hint of recognition. Gallade can probably help with that even though he's never met Marco and his pokemon before. (Nathan might even try to purposely get some of them to look at him by dropping something down there to get their attention)
Observing them to see how they act, see if any of those actions might be similar to someone Nathan knows.
Looking for ones that look oddly similar to Nathan or one of Marco's pokemon (if that's discernible at all), or maybe ones that are wearing/holding suspicously familiar clothing/items.
Stuff like that. Just generally looking for any kind of tells that spark some kind of familiarity from either Nathan or the Kadabra.
Obviously, there's no guarantees it will work, but it's probably one of the only effective methods we have at the moment to look for Marco and his pokemon if they are among the Kadabra (at least until we definitely find at least one of them and get their help in finding the others if necessary).
