(...) Picking up the Kadabra Kyrstals would earn the mystical lass a sharp look of disapproval from the steely brawler, followed a short but sufficient response: "Don't. Drop them. Please. Scimitars says crystals are strange, so we should leave them alone." He doesn't stop her from doing what she wants, though, but if she keeps picking up the Krystals she'll get an increasingly worried grimaces from him. (...)

To reach the tube, Shiva tosses a chunk of crystal. It just tings off, confirming that it's made of metal. You notice it's bigger at one end.

Solomon doesn't seem too scared of any Krystal shards, but he won't make any moves to approach the Capture Web. His Hidden Power always counts as an attack, so he isn't ready to resort to that yet. He opens his mouth wide at Shiva's question and points from her to the Kadabra and back again, then doing so on another random human, confirming Shiva's guess matches his own.

When Terra rather directly asks Shiva to leave the crystal shards alone, her first reaction is a sulking expression (like this) and she was just about to counter-say something, when she pretends to indeed drop some of the pretty shards. BUT, when he isn't looking, Shiva quickly picks all of them up again to pack them away into her stuff, she doesn't want to just leave them behind. Describing something as 'strange' usually only serves to make her more interested in something, and these shards don't appear harmful! Can't just not take the unique chance to collect them, but she doesn't want to make Terra worry unnecessarily here.

Oi, and she's delighted that the smart Slowking and she think alike! Humm, but that humanoid Kadabra with hat isn't Nathan's dad then. That's relieving in some way.

But unfortunately, she still has no idea what that metallic tube is for, and why the heck it's so full of dents and pierces. But she's certain that it's not just there for decoration, and that it's important for the Chamber. Appearantly no Kadabra cared when she threw a shard onto it, that's good. She observes the side the tube lies to for a bit, do the Kadabra do anything with or near it? Is it some sort of pathway for them? Could a human still fit through the smaller end of it...?

What's actually with that other Kadabra, that one overgrown with crystals? Is there any hint what ITS purpose could be, it it maybe bigger than the others or such which may mark it as some source of power?

Seeing your confusion and hesitation, the Ruin Maniac-Kadabra wriggles wildly and drops quietly to the ground. Using one humanlike hand and one catlike claw, he begins playing a silent, incomprehensible game of charades with you.

When the other Kadabra look at him, he turns slightly to hide his human side in shadow.

Ohhhh! He has freed himself. Shiva's highly hiiiighly interested in bringing that guy to them now, he appears to know more than they do. (Useful NPC detected!) She summon's Lilith to her side and lets her take a look at the scenery down the Chamber and brings her attention to the humanoid Kadabra with hat: "Dear one, do you think with a well-placed Telekinesis you could carry him up to us? Can't let him become a Pokemon if we can prevent it. Try to focus your psychic power on him WITHOUT lifting him yet, I'd like to see whether the other 'real' Kadabra react to that." She also tells the others what she does.

Depending on the outcome of this, what she's up to do is her bringing that guy to them while some others, at best with Pokemon knowing slashing or cutting moves, try to free Angie after having attempted whether the Capture Web can be destroyed at all first. Will probably raise the attention of the Kadabra, but that's the way it is: If they want to progress and find out more, that's a risk to take.
