SpoilerThose vibes you are feeling are entirely spot on, as EVERYTHING in the package had this....old yet new and arcane Energy to them, though it seemed to be not radiating the area. In particular, the NRF - CYOA and the old leather book held the most Energy, though each of them had their own distinct feel to them.
Looks like whomever sent these books knew you well enough too, for the first page on each book had a message from them that covered the subjects they pertained to.
CCV: - This book details the entirety of your's, Arial's, and Phantom's Avatars adventures through Celadon City's Flower Festival, through the perspectives of Lord Windos, Dragonstrike, Spiritmon, and PhantomUnderYourDesk, up until shortly before your departure. I advise you not to read too much ahead of you're current 'spot' in the story, least you radically alter events. I also advise you wait until some time after you leave Celadon, in order for you to decompress from the events described here, and have Mew as a secondary reader to clarify details and reduce misunderstandings.

NRF - CYOA: - This is an enchanted tome that will transport you and Arial - if he so chooses - to the NRF of another world that was never blown up by MEW's Genesis Supernova, in order to continue and finish the story thereof if you wish. Upon entering the world, the each of you will receive twenty of each Healing Item and twenty Iodide Tablets, except Med X, Golden Apple, and Revive Items (5 Each of Revive Items, sans Golden Apple), 10 Nuclear and Ultra Balls each, and a unmarked map of the facility, all of which will vanish upon you leaving this world. Any Pokemon caught or Items obtained outside of the ones you're given at the start will stay and persist with you upon completion of the adventure, however. Your group on this adventure will consist of you and your Pokemon as you are now (With the Exception of Mew, who will be as she was then*), Arial and his Pokemon as he is now, Lindworm as he was at the time*, and Alexandria as she was at the time*. Riza as she was at the time* can also join the group, though only on the schedule that was predicted. Anyone else that remains in the facility, if any, can also join your group as you find them, and can be 'rescued' from this world too, being transported to their residences in your current world when you complete this adventure.
- You can choose to start your adventure into the NRF over entirely from the beginning (Outside the Gates, prior to their opening), or from the Lobby of the NRF after you rescued Alexandria and opened then promptly raided the Clinic. If you or Arial die on your adventure, you will be revived in your original world unharmed, but can no longer participate in the adventure. Lindworm and Alexandria can die, but their counterparts in your world at this time will remain alive and unaffected by their counterpart's death. You can leave the adventure at any point in time, and then pick it up later on as you left it. No time will pass in your current world while you are playing this adventure. The time limit of your original adventure remains as it was, either as it was at the very beginning or as it was in the Lobby post Alexandria. Neither Zuryk or the Cursed Arms will interfere in your adventure in this world.
- In sum, this book presents you the opportunity to 'redo' your adventure in the NRF without the stress of permanent death, Zuryk, or the Cursed Arms hanging over you, and reap the rewards thereof, provide you survive long enough to see it through to completion. If you do not wish to participate in this adventure, then you do not and are not expected to. The choice is entirely yours.

* As they were at the time: This individual will not have the changes/memories of their 'future' selves. That means the Lindworm and Alexandria of that world will only have memories up until their time in the NRF, and the Mew of that world will be semi-sociopathic and generally uncooperative.
GG: - This book is a comprehensive and fully detailed history of Giratina in this world of Lord Windos, and a 'Guide' on how to interact and/or befriend her successfully without her having a less than cordial reaction. Seeing as Giratina's life and history is literally millions of years old, the book is enchanted so you and anyone you wish can fully read and understand it in a timely manner, or just get a 'general impression and understanding' of a particular point of her life. The book responds to your desires for information, so if you wish to know something in particular, the book will flip to the pages that has it. Considering that Giratina has significant and persistent romantic interest in you, I saw it fit to provide you with all the information on her, in an attempt to better prepare you for her when she inevitably musters up the courage to start courting you. For better or worse, you two lives are forever intertwined. If it is any comfort, know that Giratina will never betray you, and always remain a faithful companion. Hugs works wonders in calming her down and putting her in a better mood, so that is something to be kept in mind as well. I advise you to not let anyone read this but you or Giratina, as the life and secrets of a Legend of her caliber is very valuable and sensitive information.

MGBALEA: - This is an a expansive, comprehensive, detailed, and intuitive book written by the Greek Muses that they wrote to teach anyone they blessed with this book on how to become a world class artist of any discipline, school, ideal, etc. they wish. Seeing as Emily will be accompanying you for the unforeseeable future, and with Mina abandoning you two out of fear for her safety, she will have no chance to pursue a more formal education in becoming the type of artist she wishes, so I thought it would be best to provide her the means to do so. Its enchanted to respond to the desires and wishes of those who read it and educates them in the subject/discipline of Art they are most interested/passionate about (Known and Unknown), so her lessons will be tailored to her, and your's or anyone's else's reading through the book will be different, though you can be pointed to the information a person is being educated in by that person in question. This book is more a gift to Emily, but you or anyone else can still read it if they wish.

The old leather book: Flipping through it, you find it completely blank. Going back to the first page, though, you find a single line of text that was not there before:
