Cosh: "Nathan! Where is Marco Warren? If he's a Kadabra, how do we know we aren't hurting him and thus our chances of recruiting him?"

Nathan basically yells at Cosh in response.  "I don't know!  I can't tell them apart!  But if we don't get through this, we aren't going to have a chance to find my dad or his pokemon! Just don't use any Lethal force!"

There's probably no telling whether Marco and/or his pokemon are even in earshot of that (or will/are able to react in any noticeable way if they do), but Nathan is making sure he's able to be heard. Even if it's only a slight chance of getting closer to finding his dad, Nathan can't ignore it.
