If you really want him to be stopped, though, and ensure that Reiner can get off scott free from TR......all he has to do is pray.

...and that's the primary dilemma.

To stop him or not?  Either seems like a terrible option.

Weavile's put Reiner in an incredibly difficult position.  This is easily the hardest choice Reiner might ever have to make...and the odds of him being content with the outcome of that decision are next to none.
