Help Cursor stuck going down

Didn't see anyone else having this issue, but i just downloaded the newest version and now when i go to options my bag or talk to anyone, the cursor goes to the bottom and sticks there. I've tried restarting the game, i even tried reinstalling the game. Nothing worked.

Is your mouse cursor in the game window?  Even if it's turned invisible due to inactivity, the game will still register that it's there.  Many of the game's menus allow for you to click the options with your mouse pointer, and it likes to prioritize the mouse cursor over leaving the selections where they are after a few button presses.

If this is the issue, the simple solution is to just move your mouse cursor out of the game window and keep it out.
