Oh yeah, Nathan would definitely send both Charizard and Gallade to make sure Arachnautilus doesn't overdo it (and also partially as added protection if needed, though it's mostly the latter reason instead of the former).
And concerning that response to Phantom's question...is there anything in the Chamber that actually spells out Marco Warren?
Hmmmm...Reflect didn't actually do anything in that battle, but is Solosis eligible for a share of the 12 exp?
Also, for the record since Mika hasn't mentioned it yet...does Luna get another spirit collecting roll after that battle?
-------------------------------------------------
Nathan's definitely a little winded at this point. Even Calam is starting to look a little tired, and he's probably the one who's most used to pushing his limits and staying up late out of everyone here. Nothing that a good night's sleep can't fix, at least. Charizard's glaring at those Unown, even as he breathes heavily from exhaustion. How DARE they try to stifle his fire! They got what was coming to them! The OG dragon then gives Doublade an appreciative nod. Without that Wide Guard, those Unown very well might have doused his flames.
Nathan takes one look at Arachnautilus after the battles over and says, "...nice Shell Smash...not gonna lie, though...that's terrifying to look at and listen to. And I thought Kelda's Bonemerang was disturbing..."
Nathan had braced himself when Feraligatr came charging out of that capture web. The gator was always one of Marco's more...aggressive pokemon (4 Disobedience, yo). Without Marco around, yeah, Feraligatr was pretty dang likely to use a Lethal Crunch against his captors...
Marco's Female Meowstic, however, is typically rather confident, sassy, and particular about her appearance. The fact that she's so unkempt and careful right now says a lot about what she and the others must have been through the past 3 years...
Skarmory is Marco's main regional transportation. If he needed to get somewhere fast and easily, Skarmory was who he called upon for help, and the typically jolly bird was more than happy to oblige because he simply loves to Fly and carry people and packages and whatnot around. Mallorn's probably been a little envious of Marco having such a dedicated and hard worker when it comes to transportation.
And then there's Luxray, Marco's closest companion and overprotective friend. Those who want to defeat Marco in battle or cause him harm have to go through Luxray first.
Well, they succeeded at doing just that this time, apparently. Still no sign of the trainer himself yet, though...that could be either a good or bad sign...
Nathan latches on to Luxray when he bounds up out of those tunnels with a big ol' hug. "...oh man, it's so good to finally see you and everyone else again..." He lets go rather quickly and gives his dad's closest companion a rather serious look, though. "...where are dad, Machamp, and Piloswine, though, Luxray? Are they not here?"
Nathan finds it VERY odd that only four of his dad's six missing pokemon were in this room at first glance. Hmmm...
