It should be quite clear at this point that a human has to be imprisoned within the crystals to become a Kadabra.

Not to Terra, since he hasn't been anywhere near the place and therefore has limited data to come to that conclusion, unless Cosh literally tells him this conclusion over the radio. That, and what exactly defines as a human being 'imprisoned within the crystals?' Being literally held up against them by a capture net, or just staying underneath them for too long?

If you say the Chambers pose ABSOLUTELY no change to Kadabra anyone, though, then I suppose Terra could be coaxed into the KCs and sleep with everyone, albiet with great reluctance on his part.

Cosh does say this. He studies the setup of the room from a "mystic" standpoint and reports his conclusion over the radio. He doesn't want to become a Kadabra any more than you do.
