Its a balance ability who increase in 1 Power all jaw/bite moves. Its pretty decent and useful for some big mean pokemon like Delta Steelix. Not to mentioned it could be a good desigh for Mega ability. His already razor fangs even more sharper like diamond. I can imagine such cool desigh.
