A few notes on some things:
- Since I didn't respond to it earlier, yes, Nathan would have said to Terra that his idea was a pretty good one. Possibly also suggested a few improvements/alternatives to make it work a little better if needed.
- Nathan doesn't say anything out loud, but he's rather...shocked at how casually Shiva just takes a pokeball and uses it on one of the Kadabra that used to be human. Does she not find that awkward or uncomfortable at all??? He's not sure he'll ever understand her way of thinking, to be honest...
- Nathan would make sure to take ALL the Twisted Spoons from every single one of these KOed Kadabra (which should be 27 total if I did my math right). Partially because they're rare hold items, but mostly so the Kadabra aren't able to use the spoons themselves. To quote Bulbapedia/the Pokedex:
- Nathan's still uncertain about the whole 'let's capture and trade Marco' thing. Yeah, that's an option, but isn't there another thing they can try? Terra's suggestion isn't bad either, but he'd rather do something about his dad NOW rather than later if at all possible...
That's when he thinks of another possible angle they could approach this problem from.
"...Heart (@Spiritmon), you've been working on your Earthpower abilities, right? Think you could maybe apply them here, see if there's something you could do? This is kinda similar to a curse, right?"

Quote:Kadabra holds a silver spoon in its hand. The spoon is used to amplify the alpha waves in its brain. Without the spoon, the Pokémon is said to be limited to half the usual amount of its telekinetic powers.
