Head into C:\Users\Username\Saved Games\Pokemon Uranium\Backups. There should be a copy of your save file in there. Copy it into C:\Users\Username\Saved Games\Pokemon Uranium. You may lose a little progress but you won't need to start over.

Thanks, but unfortunately it didn't work. I think because it happened during a trade, something major happened.

Edit: I tried doing the same thing for a second time and my whole save file was deleted. I guess I'll start over with new Pokémon and whatever... I'll probably do that in a few months when I'm less salty.
