May or may not be, but I nor Ran have a reason to care about them in Dragonstrike campaign. They're a non-factor in threat atm , since neither of our charas. have meet or had a negative interaction with the techno wizards in this universe, so I'm not going to be overly cautious/paranoid around the lot until they give me a reason to.
