When the woman, and Randolph ask Kogeki his opinion, he put his normal hand in his chin and ponder. "To be honest Randolph, I not exatcly know. My friend literally sacrificed a piece of his own Pokemon to made this arm. I carry this arm not only as simple arm, but also as a reminder and a tokken of friendship. To simple discard it could be...dishonored to me, after the ammount of sacrifice he did. Not to mentioned this arm was with me for part of my life. It is part of me both literal and methaphorical senses."

"Although I agree if we gonna face dangers ahead of Mt. Coronet, we must be prepare with the right tools. New type of arm could be more easily to make and last costly too...Not to mentioned it open new space for you make the desigh you have and implement any ideas you have."

Kogeki ponder the pro and cons with any decision and then tell the Blacksmith his decision. "As much I dont like the idea, I go with the idea of making a new arm from scrach. I feel a little bad because of that, but we put the importance of the mission above everything else. Be a ninja sometimes do things you dont like. I not gonna discard my old wood arm of course, since it could work as a spare arm just in case something happens. Never know when you need a extra arm in certain ocasions."

"I think I go with you to explore the City and find the materials for the new arm. Two head think better than one, and we could discuss the ideas you mentioned for the arm. I can explore Lake Acuity after we finish our bussiness. Besides you are helping me making a new arm. It would be dishonor of my part leave you alone doing all the job. The least I should do is help you too."

Randolph heard out his styling spook of a partner out without interruption, nodding along at the what he felt were appropriate points in their speech. He could understand the desire to vocalize their thoughts/opinions in order to help better finalize them and come to a conclusion, and this was a fairly big decision he was foisting upon them on short notice, so deliberating on the matter didn't bother him at all.

When Kogeki decided to go ahead and let him build a new arm for him from the ground up, the midget man gave a decisive nod and crossed his arms, looking as serious as a person of his stature could be.

"It'll be done, then. 'Preciate you being flexible and understanding, especially since I know this ain't an easy decision to make on short notice. At least you'll still keep your friend's prosthetic in one piece as a keepsake, or backup if you or something else scraps your new shiny arm. *Looks even more serious* On that note, don't be a reckless idiot with your new arm, when ya get it. Building and maintaining it will be hard work, since its a custom job with fancy and rare parts, so if you end up wrecking it beyond repair in the field, their isn't a Heatran damn thing I or you can do to salvage it. That, and if you break it because of a stupid reason, I WILL tear you a new one. *Hard look* Understand?"

Since the cyborg ninja agreed to spend more time with Ran looking for the parts, that is exactly what they'll be doing! Ran will start by going to the local hospitals, as if there is any place with neuroscientist specialists and Neuro Sensor Parts in stock, it would be there! Afterwards, he'd head to a metal/scrap shop and buy/figure out the cost of twice the amount of material he thinks he'll need to build a Robo Arm for Kogeik (as have spare supplies when crafting a brand new design is always a smart idea). If the above two things don't constitute a full Encounter, he'd also try to find a tech head at a computer cafe of some sort in the city, as those would be the places to find someone able to program/teach him to program a arm!

The matter of selling/not selling Crobat will come later, so let's not focus on that now.

"Don't need to be worry Mr. Randolph. I no fool to break such new arm. I will be careful and take care of the arm."

Kogeki go along with Randolph, asking questions about part of the pieces necessary and helping Randolph to carry any metal parts Randolph thinks it might be useful.
