It would be for the best if Raphael commited to at least more than one Action (Unless you plan to recall them immediately after they inflict Confusion), especially if DMG is Bug/Psychic instead of Bug/Steel or Bug/Rock. SE Air Slash will do at least a little Plot Damage to its limbs, in that case!
Iron, got something else I like to bring up with Terra, before I'm ready to begin: Does he feel a connection/familiarity to DMG via his Steel Affinity? You said he has a tendency to attract them, and its been shown he has a certain sympathy towards the Type on a whole.
