Obviously, it's a Greninja.  A tall, primarily blue in coloration frog pokemon, with his tongue wrapped around him like a scarf, waving in the non-existent wind (how the heck does he manage to do that, anyways?!)...

Gama looks out over the lake for a moment, his arms crossed, then at Kogeki questioningly.

Well?  For what purpose is he needed this time?  There are no foes to fight right now, obviously.
