Mightyena has 4 base HP.  Do you want to summon a second pokemon?  All of Karen's pokemon (except Rapidash) are small enough to be summoned here without any issue.

"Go, Shellos, if those Snover directly hit you, show off your hidden power, otherwise, use this weather to your advantage!"

Mightyena:
Fire Fang/Ice Fang/Bite/Thunder Fang/Crunch
Mechanics: try to convince him to hold off on Thunder Fang.

Shellos
Conditional: Hidden Power, if attacked physically
otherwise, show off his Blizzard!
Who knows, with Mightyena's high intimidation score, fire, poison and strong ice moves might be enough to scare 'em off.
