I'll also be roling effect chances separately for each target, since I feel one attack statusing everyone it hits with only one check is a bit OP.

Well, that didn't go according to plan at all.  That Freeze chance was ruinous.

Octavia and Mercury's trainer may use two trainer items before Round 2 begins since he didn't use any in Round 1. If you Revive a pokemon, I'll reroll their Initiative.


Oh, and the Hail does 1 damage to the trainer, too. 7/8 HP
