3 reasons:

1 - Because in therms of battle/support, both have incredible and powerful skills.

Ran would be pretty interested in meeting the pair of them at some point, as he's interested in true legends and myths and those Ghosts seem to embody them. Plus, they might get along with Diam, who'd certainly appreciate the chance to interact with some of her fellow spirits.

Sure! Susano'o would also appreciate meet Mawile and Skarmory. He likes meet other Metalic companions, since steel types is rare in Tandor.
