That's more or less been my thoughts on Genesect too, once Terra got Arete. If it's Typing, Moves, and very Abilities/Plot Devices are so easily modifiable and being added onto, then is it capable of being classified as a true Delta, or is it that adaptability just part of the Legend's own unique quirks/Plot Devices? It's a question that Terra would be very interested in exploring with Nathan, and something that Ven wouldn't have conceived, since all his experience is only with Silverfish and he was not very well aware of its natural adaptability/susceptibility to change.

Kinda wish Shiva was not so phobic about Delta Pokemon now, our at least wouldn't be so with Arete. Her help with taking care of them and generally facilitating understanding/research of it, but that can't happen if she would object to their very existence on the grounds its horrible and/or unnatural. It also really make Terra disappointed in Shiva, for obvious reason.

Perhaps Terra could include Nathan in all his bonding session with Arete, so they could help him out in researching them and/or keeping them under control? Shiva's welcome to join too, so long as she wouldn't object to it at any point, as a baby Legend might get reasonably friendly with her and react poorly if she starts suddenly rejecting them for no logical reason (Said reason being her Delta Bias). Which isn't helped by the fact that Genesect are very susceptible to their emotions and emotional influences, so any negative interaction with them could turn volitile is not managed carefully.
