Of course Kee's still there and waiting!~ In particular he's at the table with Karen/by her side and he's all used to staying up half or a whole night. And he's not drunk, more like a bit lit. Not too lit that he can't think clearly anymore, but lit enough that the next morning he'll wonder about why the heck he bought a long red coat. ...That one's comfy and warm though, so he'll keep and wear it now from time to time~

I'll just assume that someone told him that they are waiting for Prof.Rowan or some Prof. to appear to talk about important things concerning that mystery at the mountain, and that it's directly connected to why he ended up here in this frosty town far away from where he should be. In that case, of course he'll stick around and wait for that ominous person as long as needed! He'll just pass the time with attuning his electric guitar for the n-th time (he really likes doing that), caring for his Pokemon (in particular, brushing Octavia's sparkling blue fur and grooming Yurei's ghostly feathers) and enjoying more (non-alcoholic) drinks.


As that chilling breeze blew through the Center and unnecessarily reminded Kee on his time in that frosty and wet cave, he looked up but, well, let the others handle things and set the pace for now. But, he greets Rowan with quite the similar semi-playful salute he already gave Officer Jenny earlier.
