First of all: Congratulations in getting your own Legendary Pokemon Windos! After everything you pass with Ventus and Terra you deserve such reward!

Now, about those treasure thing @Iron :Is that Syrentide could grant me let me take one Female Selkid to join Heart, or find a Water Tandor Pokemon like Electrux or Shrimpumty?

Or at least a Shell Bell?

These Selkid are not up for wishing, but Mega Syrentide could tell you where to find one above, for 3 energy.
She can dredge up Shrimputy and Eletux, since many Pokemon end up in her Well. It sounds like Eletux could be a cavern Pokemon from its dex entry.

Selkid location: 3 energy
Eletux: 11 energy
Shrimputy: 9 energy
Shell Bell: 6 energy

Iron, I want to buy some of the stuff I mentioned with Syrentide and get Terra shiny. How can I transform moves in energy to transfer?

To keep it brief, you basically make your pokemon permanently forget moves to convert them into energy (they can never be relearned).  The energy they are converted into is equivalent to their Power + their Chance Dice (so for Ember: 2 Power + 1 CD = 3 Energy)

Alright. So lets see...I want to help Terra too in find that shiny Pokemon. I also want to find the coffin of Yamask (who is willing to trade for it.)

I also want to find the Location of Golett evolution.

In total to get the wishes I will need 43 Energy.

Moves I willing to sacrifice:

Quetzal:
Tackle: 2 Energy.
Harden: Increase Defense in 1 stage so Its 1 Energy.

Rose:
Flame Wheel: 3 Energy (Power + Burn chance)
Ember: 2 Power+Burn Chance: 4 energy.

Golett:
Astonish: 4 Energy
Pound: 2 energy
Defense Curl: 1 Energy

Gustav:
Crabhammer: 3 Energy
vice Grip: 2 Energy
Bubblebeam: 4 Energy
Bubble: 3 Energy


Yamask:

Astonish: 4 Energy

Total of energy: 27.

Hmm...If I use 16 XP to teach Gustav Flail, the main energy gain would be 1 or 8? Since its damage is increased by the remained HP the user has up to 8.

Is someone willing to help with 16 Energy?

If I'm doing my mental math correctly, currently the total cost of getting The Shiny I/Terra wants + Yanmask Coffin Location is 14 (Which Yanmask would cover the later and have a surplus of 2 Energy to work with if he sacrificed Astonish), while I don't know how much it would cost to find Atlas's Evo Site (Shouldn't be TOO expensive, tho). If I contribute Michael's FLASH, that should give you an extra 3 Energy to work with (- 3 Accuracy Debuff!), and if necessary you could reduce Gustav's HP enough so that Flail has maximum Energy value. That would get you 11 Energy right there, and if we're willing to sacrifice some more HM moves on some of our Pokemon in order to foot the cost.....

.....I'm willing to help out finding Atlas' site by sacrificing Michael's ability to use FLASH (3 Energy), and Posei can learn and instantly sacrifice the Energy from ROCK SMASH if he doesn't know it (9 Energy). Combined with Flail, that should more than cover the Energy Costs, and possibly save you/your Pokemon some Energy/Their Moves if we do our math right (Like Rose keeping a Non-Recoil Fire STAB, if she doesn't already have one beyond the Moves you're willing to sacrifice). Or we could use whatever leftover Energy to do something else, like enhancing Heart's More Than Human nature (Aka: Improving his Fire Blessing and/or Raising an Attribute cap), allowing him/Terra to carry an extra Pokeball past the 6 Party limit, etc.. 

I suggest you DON'T sell Bubble for Energy, though. That's a Spread Move that can legally be used in ALL battles, making it VERY using in mob Encounters and Doubles. Substracting from the Flail + Single FLASH and ROCK SMASH = 17 Energy, which would be enough to cover what you ask for exactly if we factor in the fact that Ember is worth 3 Energy instead of 4, not counting any leftover Energy from Yanmask.

 ICwise, I believe Terra nor his Pokemon would object helping Spiritmon out, even if doing so would be......uncomfortable for them (Especially after that promise) if they asked for his help/aid, as that is what friends do.

I'll give you an out-of-character hint, @Spiritmon :

Don't bother asking about Atlas' evolution location. It's quite likely you'll come across it in the course of the game, and Syrentide can't get you there any faster.


If you think your character would ask anyway, go right ahead, but I thought I'd save you a little frustration.

Also due to Heart affinity to fire energy, I suppose the fire move I sacrifice might grant extra power.

I am thinking if I should sacrifice Retaliate from Doublade...but it is a great normal type move who could be useful. Imagine a +6 Power move plus a boost of swords Dance? 6+2+5 = 12D6. It is powerful. But for helping I willing to sacrifice too. Since we gonna find Atlas evolution place, there is no need to ask her such thing.

Could Syrentide upgrade Heart affinity of Earthpower, or his Fire Blessing/Bloodline Soldier? Like make Bloodline Soldier have a similar effect to the abilities of Fire Blessing, like increase the power of ghost type moves?

Also to be honest, from the wishes I asked previously, I think I take out the Electrux one. The Fire/Water one, Selkid, Terra Shiny and the coffin location looks more appealing to me. Besides, find a Fire/Water is great.

Oh maybe she could grant Heart a connection to water element, just like Heart connection to Fire and Ghost?

She's not as powerful as Jirachi, so she can't affect those connections.
