If there's anything that piques my interest about the shiny Slowking the most, it's that they can spell (even if it is just simple phrases).  That's something that Solomon struggles with, which is kinda ironic, given that he can read.  Maybe the two of them could learn a bit from each other in the future...

*Blinks* Really? I mean, yeah, that is a neat and useful trait, but is it strictly speaking more interesting than her potential Lore about the Skull Ruins/The Artifacts/What The SR was like/its operations in its heyday and/or her Plot Device to literally summon Unown and rando Water types once per day ? I'm honestly asking this, btw.

So....would you want Sari to be a part of Terra's team going forward, or not? If so, I'm more than willing to try get her to swap Knowledge with Solomon, as that sounds like a great idea!

I'm reserving my judgement on that until we find out if she actually knows stuff about those topics in the first place.

Honestly, I'd say figure out what she might know first before deciding on whether to keep her around.  If her out of combat capabilities aren't super useful, then she'll end up being a bit redundant overall since Solomon is a more experienced Slowking combat wise (and his own pool of knowledge about the history of the place could also end up being useful).
