Your pick of which pokemon if you pick that over the money, as long as it's justifiable as uncommon and native to Sinnoh.  If you pick a pokemon that can normally be considered common, they'll be guaranteed to have a comparable Surprise to Sneasel's.

You could also trade both Sneasel and one Snover for an Uncommon Sinnoh native Pokemon of your choice with a guaranteed Surprise comparable to Sneasel's. The two of them aren't valuable enough for one of the experimental Sinnoh Starters, though, even when traded together.
