Particularly Heracross, as they just scream 'Get me my Mega, so I can abuse my Multi-Hit Moves ASAP!' As they are, though, they're plenty viscous enough as it stands, and would make Ran pretty impressed/a little jealous (Won't cause problems, though!) you got such a Tough Pokemon after he sees it for himself! If you have a Pokemon on your team that can either Burn or Paralyze Hera, then they just become even better, really!
Cleffa and Ralts make for some nice support 'Mons, especially the later, since Teleport is always useful to have! Its Heal Pulse, Misty Terrain, and Lucky Chant also mean that your team is basically Immune to most Dice shenanigans, which is extremely desired. The fact they can learn Hypnosis + Draining Kiss and it has two branch evos that are equally good is just frosting on the cake, really!
Cleffa is not strictly speaking playing second fiddle to Ralts, though. If you went through the effort of Evolving them, you could unlock its HA Friend Guard, which confers some amazing Defensive benefits for all allies, which coupled with it own suite of Support Moves makes for an excellent Cleric like Rowan said! Or you could stick with Magic Guard, if you don't want to deal with ANY form of Non Attack Damage, which is especially useful around Snowpoint, seeing how Hail is the common Weather of the area. The fact it also has excellent dispruption Moves in Encore, Sing, and Sweet Kiss is also a boon, and its also has Wish, which as you well know can have some interesting effects depending on how Dragonstrike decides their's works.....
As they say, the best defense is a good offense.
One branch evo normally for Ralts, actually, since Spirit requested that they be female.
Kogeki's seen it IC already, so I'll say that using Lucky Chant immediately followed by Wish has a very potent effect...if you have enough Will (5+) to pull off the combo, that is.
