So, concerning the first Encounter, Kee just ends up strolling through the town without any particular aim in mind. That hail he doesn't seem to mind too much as long as he doesn't expose himself too long for their assault - means, he likes that weather, but he prefers to watch it while being safe under a tree or roof. Juhani however looks like she's enjoying this weather with every leaf on her shell, chasing hailstones and jumping through the snow. Neither Octavia nor Kee himself seem to encouraged to join however, but it's almost heartwarming to observe.

This time he's also prepared for this harsh weather, means the chance that he'll freeze to semi-death, shall he get stuck at a cold place again that is, are lower. Much lower thankfully. His today's clothing style doesn't involve the shining colors of a rainbow luckily, but it still hasn't lost its flashy attitude and electronic/glowsticky aspect.

What a neat opportunity to people-watch and dwell in memories, and to see whether here he can find a very own Fire Type, it'd be a decent idea probably since the trip to the Temple neither to the Mountain will lead to any warmer places. A breedject would be enough already, at best even....well, something that'd suit him. Something small. Oh yeah, a Salandit! Hah, he's sure Roxie would be proud of him if he'd return with one of these lizards able to poison even Steel Types. That is, she'd praise him for that 'Mon AFTER she'd be done knocking the stuffing out of him for being absent for so long without saying a word.
A Vulpix would also be neat as another option, they're also pretty beautiful. Who cares whether this would be another girlish Pokemon under his care!! Kee certainly does not, and he'll personally hunt those down who mock him for that.

The problem is - well, that he has no Pokemon he could offer in return, and he can't spent all his cash now as he'll need supplies for the upcoming trip. BUT, maybe he could arrange a trade with someone and search for something to offer within the temple? He keeps that Delta Grotle out of her Ball, partly to have her enjoy the weather as stated above and to let her act as a subtle conversation starter with Breeders and/or Collectors. Octavia per usual is present as well - and oh boy, a shiny Sylveon isn't something you'd see everyday~~
