Toya's Flash completely fails to illuminate the darkness.

"Well that didn't go as hoped." Spira gets an idea, a risky one, but hopefully it'll help to shed some light on the subject; "Go, Frillish!" hopefully the bio-luminescence will help prevent them from being blindsided down here.
