Good Lord. Guess it's time to do what ninja do best: Run. Ideas people? Maybe apologize the Unow could help?

Either start running and hide (If you can), or bring out a Pokemon that have either AoE or Spread Moves to dispatch the lot of them. Don't think the Unown are the sort of Pokemon that'll be up to negotiations, me thinks, so that's a pipe dream imo.

I kinda have. Daikatuna hidden power make him capable of hit all foes, and Greninja has Surf. Another idea is use Ninjask, since she have Air Cutter. I might be able only hit 3 by 3 of them, and I don't know how much HP they have.

Yep. Poke a Pokemon in the eye was not exactly the most wise choice.

Then if you want to risk it for XP/maybe other Plot Stuff, swamp those Unown! They don't have High Base HP, so unless Dragonstrike has jacked up their Attributes/HP it should be no issue in draining their's to zero! 

Of course, their combined Hidden Power could also royally screw you over if you can't take out enough of the letters, though, so if you're going to fight them, you better be confidant you'll do well against them, save or suck!

As for the poking thing....well, got to be sure, right? Hindsight is such a pain, as it always is, but you couldn't entirely predict they'd react like that.
