Assuming Ran points out that the pattern in the corner he saw before and Kogeki mentions the Unown sentence (Top left is the key), Karen says "I think that pattern is the key we need to decipher the message." she twirls her bang on her finger thinking; "If that is the case, the key should be in alphabetical order."

should either of those things not be pointed out, she instead says; "Ugh, really? A puzzle in Braille? For the love of Arceus, this is 2018. We've got better things to do than decipher stuff like this." (well that's rather snarky of you Karen..)
