Keenly aware and a little relived that the cool dancer was on the cusp of peacefully parley from him, Randolph decided to up the ante with his reparations to see if that seals the deal.

I certainly wouldn't like it if our situations were reversed. So how about I lend ya a hand here to fix up the things I messed up here? Can't help ya directly refreeze that patch of Ice - don't have any Ice types, I'm afraid - but my Skarmory can whip up a Tailwind and Puck can Baton Pass ya a Shell Smash from my Torkoal to assist ya doing that yourself. Oh, and I'll buy ya your own music player too - its a object that can create music - so that you'll always have a beat you can dance too, just to make things more fair between us. Heh, I even have a Chatot and friend that can make their own music, and I don't think it wouldn't be too hard to convince them to put on a personal Performance for you later. So.....is this boon better to your liking, mam?"

(He'll retrieve Puck via his Portable PC if they agree, switching out Mystery Pokemon #2 temporarily to pull off the elaborate Baton Pass via Snatching Brigid's Shell Smash and giving it to her [Jynx] and Stymph will whip up a strong Tailwind to enhance the re-freezing process via convection. If need be, Ran also probably has bottles of water on him he can use to create more ice.)

Jynx patiently waits for Randolph to help her refreeze the area.  Tailwind's buff doesn't stack with Shell Smash, but the wind does still help because it's a really frigid wind.

Speaking of which, that Tailwind's blowing from the direction of the stairs to Floor B3.  And Randolph can hear the faint sound of howling wind as well...it's very faint right now, however.

Jynx can hear it too, though, and she shudders.  Regardless, it doesn't take her very long to freeze over the area with her Powder Snow thanks to Randolph's assistance.
