Lopunny: (6) + 8* = 14 (15 after Mega Evolution)
Snowshrews D: (6) + 8 = 14
Gama: (3) + 9* = 12
Snowshrews C: (5) + 8 = 13 (~40 average base speed)
Brigid: (6) + 7 = 13 (20 base speed)
Core: (6) + 6* = 12
Susano'o: (3) + 8* = 11
Snowshrews A: (3) + 8 = 11
Snowshrews B: (3) + 8 = 11
Rapidash: (3) + 7** = 10
Aya: (4) + 6* = 10

The snowshrews are grouped up in such a way that spread moves can only hit one group at a time.  Each group is also focusing on one specific trainer to start with.
Group A is focusing on Randolph.
Group B is focusing on Kee
Group C is focusing on Karen
Group D is focusing on Kogeki

If you want to change which two pokemon you're using, Phantom, they'll retain the same initiatives.
