So Hidden Power Water would hit everyone? Because that is basically Susano'o most powerful move, despite be a Special Attack move. 4 of base power who hit all foes. If we add Life Orb+Sheer Force+STAB+Special you have a hit all foes with a base power of 12D6. Against Fire, Ground or Rock, this move cause a lot of damage. It is Sunny Day, so it's not that powerful.

And unfortunately Susano'o Life Orb, and I suppose I can't change a Hold Item in the middle of the battlefield.

That's a Spread Move, not an AOE move, so it only hits your opponents.

And yeah, no switching Held Items in the middle of battle without Pokemon Move shenanigans.
