The midget man was plainly amazed, a little shocked, and bewildered to hear Karen declare she was from Jhoto. Not only because that Region was yonks distances away from Sinnoh, but all because of the fact she had to traveled all the way here seemingly by herself, just for their shared job. Simply put, he had very mixed feelings of surprise about her origins.

"....That's......by Heatran that half the world away from Sinnoh. Why on Earth did ya travel all the way here and accept on Old Fashion's gamble of a job? 'Cause I can't imagine anyone making a trip of that Magnitude unless they had a damn good reason to, and I'm wondering what is could possibly be that motivated ya. Also pretty curious as to how ya got a Loppuny and its Mega Stone too now, as the former ain't found in Jhoto natural and the later is hard to come by nearly anyway outside of Sinnoh."
