Emotion, Willpower and Knowledge, probably about Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. Good and Evil though... kinda reminds me about Aotios and Mutios, the ying yang Pokemon. In Tsukinami and most of Tandor, Aotios and Mutios is said to be god likes Pokemon who represent the duality between light and dark, good and Evil."

The leaders of Tsukinami, Lord Kaito and Lady Hinata, is said to be the incarnate forms of those Pokemon. I don't believe that last part, but they do have powers beyond most human. They can see the future, and they witness dark forces acting in Coronet. And I have no reason to doubt then in that department."
