Well, I personally find it kinda cute, on a creepy level though. Like, "aww, what a neat little creature you are!" *trys to pet it* ... *receives a death glare and a bite by it* Quite a neat feature...
Good job on the sprite, it's qualitative like everyone before. As for the design itself, I enjoy the fact that it's not just a grey opposum-lookalike, but rather more like... well, a Pokemon? (Speaking of the pattern on its fur and the black under its eyes, giving it an all-ninja-like feeling.) It also looks like Dark type to me, or maybe Dark + anything, and like a Pokemon without evolution.

..... you will release a Demo once it's ready? Aaaaaawesome! *wanna have, and is willing to wait for it*
