Oh gods, Terra probably gonna die, but I'm still having a blast with that scene!

Couple of questions, Iron: Can Terra use Items and Summon Pokemon while Wrapped? I would assume yes, since Block from Wrap doesn't stop a person/Pokemon from acting, but the confirm would be nice!

Yes, I don't want to make Wrap too OP. 

I'm open to spending Accuracy dice to achieve effects, but an improvised move will always be strictly worse than a comparable official Pokemon move. Shiva improvised a Sand Attack and I believe I charged her 2 or 3 accuracy for that. 

Also remember that this Tentacruel has spent its life in darkness. It seems to be mostly sensing you by the air currents you disturb, or by scent, or by some other mechanism. Blinding will reduce its accuracy (just like FLASHes have been doing in other battles) but it won't make it helpless.

I mainly want to use all the Accuracy Dice Terra has to do more than scratch Damage (14D6 is a lot!), so having the option to enhance his Strike is better than nothing, really. How much would of a cost would Terra have to take to either: A) Lower Tenta's Accuracy by 1, or B) Lower its STR by 1?

Gotcha! Still want to try going for the eyes or other especially soft parts of Tenta's anatomy, though, since it makes for great flavor in a fight even without asking for added effects! Though now I'm wondering that since Terra has the Steel Blessing and is wielding a metal Long Sword has any mechanical effects of its own.....
