Also got a question, Dragonstrike: For her Secret Power's unique effects, shall I just use the same chart I use for Nightshade's Nature Power in the Skull Ruins Universe? It's the following, just needs a few edits because some areas are exclusive to Chreshire.

We can use that as a basis, yeah, as there are definitely some good ideas there.  However, Secret Power will always be Normal Type, and I reserve the right to change the effects at my discretion, as I do refer to both Bulbapedia and the book.

All effects will also have a 3 CD chance of being applied.
